Imaginary Baseball League

Imaginary Baseball League Lyrics

Nashville indie/rockers Imaginary Baseball League combine rock n roll with a kind of satirical yet sometimes sad look into the minds of 4 young men who are searching for some type of answer. Their melodies mixed with smart guitar riffs drive the listener to a place of sweet melancholy and nostalgia. But there is hope laden inside. The more you listen, the more you are likely to hear it. Lead singer Aaron Robinson has the kind of voice that you immediately connect with--almost like your inner voice saying things that you've always thought but never could formulate with your tongue. Sad to say, IBL took the final plunge in late 2005, calling it quits after the release of one full length album and 2 EP's. Later they released the unfinished and untitled final album in the winter of 2006 on the bands site www.imaginarybaseball.com. Members of IBL are currently working on projects under the names Young Professionals and Sleeptalker.
