3. an American cartoon character. Voldemar H. Brakley "Brak" Guerta is the name of the main character in The Brak Show on Cartoon Network. He was formerly a villain on the 1966 Hanna-Barbera cartoon Space Ghost, as a catlike alien warlord trying to conquer the galaxy. However, as with most Space Ghost characters, he was later re-imagined as a silly, nonsensical parody of his former self. On The Brak Show he plays a suburban pre-teen, probably a parody of Leave It To Beaver. On an episode of Cartoon Planet, when responding to a viewer's letter, Brak revealed that the cause of his sudden stupidity was the after-effects of being thrown into a space dust cloud by Space Ghost at the end of one of the original shorts.
